Prevent Depression and Craziness

Deceptions and Depression

Deceptions are part of our lives for two basic reasons:

1.  Humans are cruel, selfish and indifferent to other people’s pain.

2.  Humans are eluded since childhood. They ignore the truth about themselves and their world. This is why they learn it only when they suffer as victims of somebody else’s cruelty.

Deceptions are so constant in our lives that at a certain point, we start to expect only the worst from everyone. This condition is sad and can only provoke depression: it is terribly disappointing for anyone to verify how really cruel the human being can be…

However, the truth is that humans are not as human as one imagines. The biggest part of one’s psychic sphere belongs to the anti-conscience, which is violent and evil. Humans are crazy animals, because their primitive conscience suffers from too many deceptions and becomes too aggressive. This is why they are so cruel and selfish.

The anti-conscience became cold, cruel and totally insensitive as a defense against all the horrors of existence and against the coexistence with cruel creatures. Its violence only increased with the repetition of deceptions, which is why it became crazy: the anti-conscience has schizophrenic characteristics.

This is why craziness is inherent in everyone’s psychic spheres. Depending on the level of consciousness of each person and on the power that the anti-conscience has over the conscience, they will be less or more absurd.

The human being is crazy from birth and this only tends to progressively worsen with the constant attacks of the anti-conscience that constantly invades the conscience.

If you have experienced a great deception because someone betrayed you or treated you unjustly, don’t think that you are a great victim of destiny, because what happened with you is only the confirmation of a rule. Humans are so violent and cruel due to constant influence of the anti-conscience that without psychotherapy they can only behave like monsters.

Try to be different from the majority and treat your depression by interpreting your dreams and developing your capacities and personality. You’ll forget your enemies and continue your path to glory and success, without caring for what they did against you. They will be automatically punished by the consequences of their mistakes…

Have pity on those who betray you and bring you sadness because their inferiority is due to anti-conscience invading their conscience.

If only this were a simple matter! But the truth is that whenever you observe cruelty, treason and aggression in the human behavior, you are simply verifying the domination of the anti-conscience over the conscience. Therefore, you cannot judge the person you observe as if they were intelligent and they could control their behavior. Bear this truth in mind and simply forgive your enemies because they are crazy and they don’t deserve your attention.

If only you could convince them that they needed psychotherapy! If only you could change the world at once! You cannot do much… However, if you work on your own personality and at least be a sensitive person in this cruel world, your work and example will save a part of mankind, you’ll overcome your depression and you’ll be really happy and satisfied with yourself!

Behavioral Patterns in Your Learning Mechanism

The famed biologist and behaviorist Konrand Lorenz (Nobel Prize laureate) and several other biologists studied human and animal behavior and concluded that the human being is pre-conditioned to behave in a certain fashion according to environmental stimuli, like all the wild animals.

There are pre-programmed behavioral patterns that start functioning when the right stimuli appear in the environment of the organism. These behavioral patterns are designed to provide the indispensable automatic reactions for survival; otherwise, the organism would die at its first attempt to abandon the nest. The behavioral patterns have several functions depending upon the animal’s species and its necessities.

Many researches made by a group of biologists with several wild animals clearly revealed that the animals already know what they must do even before they are born, even without observing any other animal of the same species doing the same movements. Their movements are precise from the very first moment. A young wild animal is able to successfully kill its prey at its first attempt, by following the exact same sequence of precise movements as if it were experienced, even if it grows up isolated from other animals of its species.

When Konrand Lorenz wrote the last chapter of his book: “Behind the Mirror,” where he clearly showed the existence of many behavioral patterns in the learning mechanism of the human being, he promised to write some day another book where he would show us where we can find a characteristic in the human being that is completely independent of any pattern and is responsible for the human personality.

The conclusions of his long research were quite disappointing regarding the creativity and the capacity to learn in the human being.

He really wanted to discover freedom in our cognitive mechanism, but it was very difficult to find it with the existence of so many behavioral patterns…

Depression and Daily Life

How can you continue living with depression and all the obligations of your daily life? You must treat your psychological problem. Despite how much you suffer and why, you can overcome depression, even if you are a victim of terror.

You can learn how to forgive your enemies forever, how to do everything you need, how to develop your personality and many more things, only by analyzing your own dreams. They provide you with information about your psyche because its activity defines your behavior and prepares your future.

You have to start with resistance because you simply have to continue, regardless of how you feel. This is something you must understand: you must continue your journey.

Think that you are not the only one in this world who suffers. This is how you have to start. Everybody in this world is depressed and nobody wants to work or do anything else, but life goes on. You have to do the same.

However, you cannot simply accept life by pushing yourself to continue. You have to be cured!

In order to be cured you need the following:

1-  Courage and an incentive to continue.

You can find what you need in the wisdom of mankind and mainly in that of religious teachings of all religions. The wise unconscious that produces dreams will give you many incentives to continue and you’ll achieve strength by following its directions. The unconscious wisdom is saintly and perfect.

2-  Resistance

Even if you feel like abandoning everything and everyone, stand up and go ahead. This is not going to last forever. You will feel better if you resist!

3-  Faith

You must believe that you will feel better and that there is a superior spirit that can help you become superior as well. All the suffering through which you are passing now transforms your soul. Life has no meaning without suffering, because wisdom comes from comprehension and comprehension, from sensitivity. Only suffering can convert the indifferent human being into a sensitive creature that will love peace and stop causing wars.

If you suffer today it is because you are learning. Tomorrow, you’ll feel better and the next day, you’ll be a teacher who teaches the world and the new generations many things.

Your suffering is not eternal and as soon as you learn what you needed to, you will feel happy again, even though you don’t believe it is possible. You can believe that there is a superior being able to do the most impossible miracles because this is true: there are already many scientific proofs of God’s existence.

Professional Dream Translation

The science behind professional dream interpretation involves actual translation of your dream messages, just like translation from one language to another. The difference is with dreams we are not translating literally so there is not a direct correlation between the number of words spoken in the dream and the number of words that are translated.

In dreams, symbols convey many things to us at once. So the words in your dreams don’t necessarily convey the information we are looking for. What I translate are the images and scenes in the dreams, not the words. A professional dream translator has to interpret the symbology and the different parts of the dream, and unravel their meaning, not translate the dream word for word.

Not only that, but a dream translator has to learn the dreamer’s life story to understand the dream and translate it accurately.

Even a short dream can yield two pages of translation to expose all the details of the dream to the dreamer. It requires time and concentration to prepare this translation responsibly. That expertise costs money!

If you suffer from a serious psychological or physical disorder that can’t be cured, you need the help of your unconscious mind to find your cure. Your dreams hold the key to your unconscious. Perhaps you don’t have time to study dream interpretation on you own, or maybe you are not inclined to do it yourself. I can interpret your dreams for you and reveal their meaning, but you must also accept the psychotherapy I offer you when I translate them.

Therapy is good for everyone and it can help you even if it can’t help you get everything you might want. Everything depends on the cooperation of you, the patient! If you don’t write down your dreams for me to interpret them, and if you don’t follow the guidance I give you, I can’t help you.

So, if you want to cure a serious psychological or physical issue and you need the help of your wise unconscious mind, send me your dreams and I will interpret them for you. You will also receive my personal psychotherapy tailored especially for you.

Your unconscious mind is the real doctor. I can merely help you understand the guidance it is giving you. I urge you to act on what it is telling you. The psychotherapy I give you will explain what your unconscious is advising you to do with your life.

You can have complete trust in the guidance you receive in your dreams from your unconscious mind. Your wild anti-conscience tries to control your behavior and dominate your mind. The unconscious is pure and always tries to save your human side from the attacks of the wild anti-conscience. It is your protector and savior.

I don’t charge what a professional linguist charges for translation. I don’t count words like a translator.

My fee is 0.12 per word (or $0.19 US). Included in this fee I will read and study your biography for free. You only pay for the interpretation you receive as a result of this study.

I will give you a quote based on word count and if you agree to the price I will translate your dreams for you.

I must warn you though that one dream alone doesn’t tell us much. We need a series of dreams to understand what is happening to you and how to cure you. So you will have to send me many dreams to be translated if you want your psychotherapy to be complete.

If the quote is too high, you are welcome to purchase

Craziness Prevention and try to interpret your own dreams.

Depression and Boredom – How to Be Happy and Always Be in a Good Mood

Every day, everything is always the same. Your routine and the narrow paths of your life, people that only repeat what everybody else has said before without thinking about what they are saying, old places and objects, the same people who cannot understand your emotional world, the old familiar environment where you don’t feel respected, selfish friends that don’t care for you or your feelings, the vast world where you feel lost and alone…

These sad repetitions and the sensations you feel due to their existence cause a depressive situation, where you feel permanently dissatisfied.

Nothing is ever different: your entire life is simply being covered by the dust of time and emptiness. What happened to your dreams and plans? What happened to your decisions and courage?

Routine and infinite impossibilities that turn around the same points, prevent you from living the life you wanted to live – and the future doesn’t seem to be different. You feel old before living and tired before trying.

Boredom and despair cut your wings in the air. How can you escape from craziness and destruction?

Depression suffocates your heart, and you believe that there is no solution for your existential problems.

However, you have to continue living in the dust. You have many responsibilities on your shoulders…

Don’t lose hope, because the interpretation of the dreams you see when you sleep is a miraculous solution that can save you from this prison.

To your surprise, in your dreams you’ll discover a key that opens many doors and windows, where the other side of reality appears and you can see what would have happened in the future. If you would have made several mistakes, you’ll avoid them for sure, changing what would have been sad, into what will be good.

The unconscious mind that produces the dreams is saintly and wise. You can completely trust the unconscious guidance, while you must be very afraid to trust everyone else, including yourself, because everyone is influenced by the primitive side of their conscience, which is wild and violent.

You have to learn how to tame this beast and transform it into a positive part of your human conscience, developing all your capacities, since you are going to use in the conscious area, what is now wasted in your wild side.

This will be the beginning of your journey to health, wisdom and happiness, moving away from depression and despair, since you will learn many things by interpreting your dreams: one lesson after another. These lessons will help you understand how to live happily and how to solve all the problems of your life, how to always be in a good mood, characterized by vivid optimism and determination.

Knowledge, comprehension and wisdom will invade your empty days and fill them with intelligence and bright new ideas that you will have the confidence to put into practice because you know that they will work.

The wise unconscious mind will be your counselor forever and, this way, your decisions and actions will always be the ones that will bring you the best results.

Your depression will disappear completely and you’ll always have a pleasant activity to pursue in your life; a hobby that will not only help you immensely in all ways, but will also give you the courage and the power to succeed in all fields: the translation of your own dreams!

This is how you’ll transform your grey life into a rainbow full of colors, and never again feel boredom and dissatisfaction.

Courage: Definition and Comprehension – How to Be Courageous in Life

If you are always afraid to do anything, if you don’t have the inner impulse that makes you move and do something to defend what you think is right, you don’t have courage. In fact, you don’t have a life, because without courage life is martyrdom.

Courage is the feeling that you can win, the sense of responsibility you have when facing life’s many challenges, and the certainty that you have to keep going and you will get there no matter what, because you have no other option.

Courage is maturity and wisdom.

The opposite of courage, cowardice, means real death. A coward has no personality and no ideals.

Courage is something we need every day. We need it to do even the simplest things, but especially when we face serious problems and dangers.

It is power that increases with time and with every small success of our existence. Often times courage depends on your capacity to transform your suffering into victory and your pain into a moral lesson.

The definition of www.dictionary.com for the term “courage” is the following:

The state or quality of mind or spirit that enables one to face danger, fear, or vicissitudes with self-possession, confidence, and resolution; bravery.

But how do you build this state or quality of mind or spirit?

It appears to be inherent. Some people have courage, while other people are always afraid to dare and try whatever.

How can someone that has no inclination to behave courageously acquire the impulse and the conviction necessary to act bravely?

If this is not a characteristic of your personality, you can build your courage by following these basic steps:

1.  When you have to act bravely but you are afraid, instead of concentrating your attention on all the dangers you have to face, and the possibility of failure and its consequences, think about how bad you will feel if you don’t at least try and dare to do what you must because of the fear that paralyses you.

2.  Think about the fact that you have to do many things that you want to avoid in life, because this is indispensable for your survival. Think of it as a matter of life and death that can’t be avoided and how it is necessary to behave like a hero.

3.  Then analyse all the dangers you have to face and all the possibilities of failure, and try to eliminate them by finding the solutions that will help you achieve your goals, or accept them in case everything goes wrong. This acceptance will prepare you to face bad situations and unpleasant results without fear.

4.  When you are in a dangerous situation and you have to show courage, think how much time you will manage to escape from suffering and overcome all obstacles because this is a matter of life and death and you won’t let what is bad happen to you, while you sit back with your arms crossed, even if things are really very bad and salvation seems impossible. Your courage will give you power and inspiration. You may suddenly find a miraculous solution that you would never have thought  about before.

5.  Stay calm even when everything is horrible and you feel totally lost. Say to yourself that you’ll manage to get out of the horrible situation you are in, and you’ll feel free and happy again, once all this is over. You won’t die and this is not the end of the world. Tomorrow is another day, and new solutions may appear for you.

6.  If you start being overcome by panic, think that the panic is provoked by the wild side of your conscience wanting to destroy your human side and control your behavior. Fight against the panic, bearing the awful sensations that dominate you without falling. If you resist, they will pass in a while, and you will feel fine again.

7.  Always be resistant and always show courage in life, even when you are depressed and you feel you are dying, because human beings are capable of doing many things – we find many smart solutions in moments of danger and despair if we remain convinced that we will find salvation.

Everything basically depends on your faith. Trust your own power!

Everyone is capable of being a hero when necessary if they understand that this is very important and that there is no other solution.

When you put things this way, you fight to win, and you really win in the end, because you give all your energy on carrying on your heroic attempt to survive under unbearable conditions.

When the challenging moments are over, you will feel satisfied with yourself, because you had the courage to do what you needed to!

Why Depression Frequently Becomes a Neurosis—How to Avoid It and Find Mental Health

When you are depressed, you feel awful and of course, you want to desperately escape from this terrible feeling, but you don’t know what to do.

Depression can have a positive meaning since it serves as a warning that you are not happy with your life and yourself, so you should start transforming your personality and life instead of simply accepting what is killing you.

However, if you don’t start psychotherapy or find solutions for your problems, your anti-conscience can invade the conscience by suggesting several apparent solutions. These solutions are not absurd in the beginning, but their lack of rationale will appear if you dare follow them.

The anti-conscience is your primitive, animal side, which is violent and immoral. This part of your brain wants to destroy your conscience to be free, instead of being tamed by it. If it manages to completely destroy your conscience, you will never be able to recuperate it.

If you start following the absurd suggestions of your anti-conscience, which pretends that it is a part of your conscience, you will become crazier than you already are from birth. Since the anti-conscience is inherent and your conscience is based only on one psychological function that is completely developed and another partially developed function, you are not balanced. With the invasion of the anti-conscience, you are pushed to the labyrinth of craziness, without understanding what is happening to you.

This is how your depression turns into a neurosis. You accept the absurd suggestions of your anti-conscience communicating to you with your own voice, and you believe that they are your own thoughts, although they belong to the anti-conscience, which is your worst enemy!

One of the saddest examples of how depressions become neuroses or psychoses is the tendency of self-abuse. People who cut their bodies in search of relief through pain are victims of the anti-conscience. This gradually leads them to commit suicide, if they don’t stop injuring themselves.

If you are depressed and you wish to avoid neurosis, start interpreting your own dreams using my version of the method discovered by Carl Jung. This way, not only will you avoid the traps of the anti-conscience, but you will also learn how to cure your depression, before the anti-conscience can mislead you.

I greatly simplified Jung’s complicated method, discovered more dream symbols and exactly how we can prevent and cure all mental illnesses through dream interpretation.

Neurosis Characteristics and Types

The different types of neurosis are defined by the different psychological types that characterize human beings. There are four psychological types, but they become eight because we have four introverted types and four extroverted types that use the same psychological functions in different ways.

The four psychological functions that define the four basic psychological types are based on:

1-  Thoughts

2-  Feelings

3-  Sensations

4-  Intuition

Depending on which of these four psychological functions is the basic one in your psyche, your behavior will adopt a series of pre-determined attitudes in life. This means that what you choose to do or what you do without controlling yourself is already pre-programmed.

You may believe that you are unique and your characteristics can be found only within you, but the truth is that besides your undoubted uniqueness (only because your particular combination of characteristics is unique even if the characteristics of your personality are found in all personalities) your behavior is determined by your psychological type. In other words, the details of your life may differ from the details of someone else’s life that belongs to the same psychological type as you, but in the end both of you will do exactly the same things.

Why? Because you follow exactly the same path to find solutions for your problems. This path is pre-established by the psychological function that is the most active in your psyche.

So, when you become neurotic, your personality acquires different characteristics, that don’t belong to your psychological type. If you are a rational psychological type, you suddenly become a slave to your feelings when you meet a person that has the characteristics that most attract your psychological type. Your rationalism cannot help you.

However, it can bother you, and this is exactly what it does. If you are an introverted psychological type based on thoughts, your rationalism is going to impede your feelings to have the chance to appear on the surface of your conscience.

A real war will begin inside you. Your wild feelings that never had the chance to appear in your behaviour, want to invade your human conscience and provoke an explosion.

On the other hand, your cruel rationalism wants to kill your feelings and this is why it starts sending you various absurd ideas. It tells you for example, that the person you love is too poor, that you have better plans in life, that you must be proud of yourself and never let the other person understand that you are in love with them and other ideas like these, which can only discourage and mislead you.

If you follow the suggestions of your basic psychological function, you become neurotic because you don’t let your feelings live and give you what you need from them.

If you follow the impulsive desires imposed by your wild feelings, you become neurotic when you realize that you cannot control your behavior, since you start doing things that are totally opposite to what you usually do and you cannot stop doing them. Your thoughts lose their power.

If you are an extroverted psychological type based on intuitions, you are going to spend all your energy pursuing new opportunities, instead of developing the ones you have already found. You may end up without money, simply because when you find the best opportunities, you never make them grow.

If you are an introverted psychological type based on sensations, your world will be comprehensible only to you. You are always distant from the objective reality, creating your own world over the existing one, which you never examine for what it actually is.

What happens when you become neurotic? The psychological function that is opposite to the basic psychological function of your psyche invades your human conscience, even though it is wild, because it never had the chance to be examined by the human conscience and tamed by its consciousness.

This is why the different types and characteristics of neurosis depend on the different psychological types and the characteristics of the psychological functions that don’t belong to the known conscience.

If you want to stay far away from neurosis and worse mental illnesses, you must prevent craziness while you still can, because once the process of destruction of your human conscience by the wild side of your conscience is too advanced, it cannot be interrupted.

Depression Self Help—Art and Dreams

You must definitely find a way to fight against your depression; otherwise, there is no medicine that can cure you. Without your participation, this is impossible. Never believe the opposite, because sudden cures may also indicate sudden disease after a short period of time and constant dependence on treatment.

Dream interpretation is a method of psychotherapy that can be considered as a self-help based method, although you have the guidance of the wise unconscious that functions like a doctor. You don’t need to be treated by any other doctor if you pay attention to the messages you receive in your dreams and write them down.

You must follow the guidance you receive in your dreams, and this is the way you will help yourself. By interpreting your dreams, you will develop all your psychological functions and acquire a huger vision of reality, which can happen only if you cooperate with the doctor. The wise unconscious depends on your efforts to be able to cure you; otherwise, your own conscience will not develop. You must be independent and capable of solving your problems alone after receiving the first guidance.

People who have psychological problems find great relief in writing about their pain. You can do the same, even if you don’t have any special talent in writing.

Writing is a good occupation that will help you in many ways!

Write down your dreams in a notebook, and study them.

In addition, pen your thoughts and let them simply stay on the sheet of paper. Later, when you read them again, you will understand a few things about your own character and learn from your experiences and thoughts because you have written them and thus you can remember the conclusions that you made a long time ago, and compare them to the conclusions you have now.

You can also draw, even if you are not artistic or talented. It doesn’t matter, because your drawings will reflect your psychic condition. We can analyse drawings, literature and many other aspects of reality in the same way that we interpret dreams.

Thus, you will have two artistic occupations that will reveal your psychic condition and this will help you overcome your depression, since you will have an image and a report about your problems, which will certainly suggest the solution for them.

Your dreams will show you the exact solution without giving you any readymade answer and help you understand how you can become more intelligent and understand the meaning of your art and thoughts. You’ll have a new universe to explore!

You will learn so much about yourself and your present world that you will become wiser because you’ll acquire all this knowledge!

This is a new perspective that will help you recover the hope to be happy some day and this will in fact show you how you can start being happy now. You’ll see that the world is much more than what you imagined it to be and there are many other ways to arrive to the places where you want to go, besides the ones you already know.
